Job descriptionEnsuring that local tax obligations are fulfilled completely, accurately, and on time. Preparing declarations for indirect and direct taxes such as VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax, and supporting auditors in related matters. Carrying out daily, monthly, and periodic accounting transactions in compliance with Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and Turkish Commercial Code (TTK). Supporting the control, reconciliation, and accounting of daily sales and purchase invoices. Extracting invoices from the system, classifying them based on their nature, and forwarding them to the relevant departments accurately. Recording Turkey-based accounting data into the system and regularly sharing it with global teams. Performing monthly reconciliations with banks, customers, suppliers, and tax accounts. Preparing monthly accruals, depreciation, and amortization schedules. Acting as a controller during periodic inventory counts. Ensuring that processes carried out through the e-invoice platform are complete and error-free. Checking tax and VAT codes, and reviewing invoices issued by the sales support team. Responding promptly to requests from external accountants and auditors, and escalating unresolved issues to the Finance Manager. Communicating with group companies and performing intercompany account reconciliations Maintaining regular communication with shared services, regional control, execution teams, trading team, customers, suppliers, banks, public institutions, and auditors. Actively participating in daily accounting operations, including reconciliations and VAT declaration pre-preparations. Ensuring the accurate entry of local invoice data into the accounting system and forwarding it to the relevant local team. Managing all invoice and accounting processes via SAP.

- Strong IT aptitude
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Good English knowledge (Spoken / written)
- Good level of knowledge in Turkish Local GAAP and tax regulations.
- A solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must excel around communication and manage deadlines proactively.
- Must demonstrate an innate curiosity around systems and flow of information.
- Experience with SAP and SAP BI is plus
- An annual bonus of 10% to 15%
- 4 days working from the office, 1 day remote
- Lunch vouchers : 365 TRY per working day
