Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Manage project documentation, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project personnel.
