QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably Industrial Engineering),
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
Proficiency in MS Office applications,
Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills,
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with effective communication,
No travel restrictions,
Preferably residing in Adana.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Production Planning Engineer for our corrugated board and packaging plant in Adana . The selected candidate will be responsible for :

Developing and maintaining production schedules in alignment with customer demands,

Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times based on demand,

Managing the corrugator plan,

Closely collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans and resolving any bottlenecks,

Planning and reporting the master production schedule considering capacity constraints, line loading, and customer order deadlines,

Coordinating with Procurement to ensure material availability,

Monitoring production progress and revising plans and dispatch dates when necessary,

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, and Production, to align with overall business objectives,

Participating in local and regional projects,

Taking part in inventory counting activities (periodic and year-end counts) and internal & external audits.
