We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Wide and Wise!

This isn’t a junior role — and definitely not a one-size-fits-all position.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably agency or consulting side), speak English and one more language fluently (German or Spanish might be an ideal fit) , and want to be part of a globally-minded, fully remote team — this might be for you.

Not someone to “just source candidates.”

We’re talking about a teammate who :

Can run full-cycle hiring projects with confidence,

Knows how to manage clients and challenge briefs when needed,

Communicates clearly — in English and at least one other language,

Has worked with fast-growing startups or global companies,

Is proactive, curious, and accountable — wherever they’re based.
