Overview

Position focused on recruiting and managing guilds in the live-stream ecosystem, expanding high-quality guilds, increasing anchors, and building a guild growth system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting and introducing 1v1 and voice room guilds, expanding the number of high-quality guilds, increasing the number of anchors, and building a guild growth system.
• Assist the guild to complete the settlement process and conduct daily training for the guild.
• Responsible for the daily management of the guild, tracking the guild's operating data, and urging the guild to cooperate with the platform to complete various matters.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with the voice chat / live streaming ecosystem.
• Existing connections with guilds or volunteer communities is a big plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and goal-oriented.
