- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant roles
- Previous experience supporting high-level executives or board members is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate to upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools in daily workflow.
