This position is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end import operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maintaining effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Plan, manage, and finalize end-to-end import operations
• Coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, banks, and public institutions
• Follow up and manage the processes related to temporary importation
• Handle and track all documentation and processes related to tax-exempt (export registered) entries and shipments
• Optimize cost-efficiency of import transactions
• Check and archive all import-related documentation
• Manage DİİB and incentive-based purchases, including opening and closing processes
• Ensure effective communication with internal departments (Procurement, Production, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
