About Our Client
Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Product Care Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team and be a good team player
- Leading and representing the company in customer meetings related to product quality
- Launching and monitoring field implementation of processes for newly introduced products
- Overseeing packaging training activities and following up on Packaging Control (PC) procedures
- Managing the PC team and regularly tracking individual and team performance
- Coordinating and monitoring return processes, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity
- Tracking the PC budget and handling related discussions and negotiations with the customer
- Managing and monitoring "Edited" processes (rework, repacking, or similar), ensuring alignment with budget targets
- Analyzing customer complaints, identifying root causes, and sharing actionable improvement plans
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in logistics operations or quality management and assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven experience in quality assurance, packaging control, or customer-facing operationsGood understanding of quality KPIs, complaint analysis, and return flow optimizationStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh level of adaptability and problem-solving ability
