Job description

What you’ll do

  • Be a member of highly analytical team, responsible from tracking Postpaid base consumer revenue and taking relevant Commercial and Pricing actions in an highly competitive market.
  • Responsible from the overall Revenue Management and Pricing of new and current products launched in Consumer Business Unit Postpaid Base Management.
  • Observe the Telecom Market to propose new commercial actions, concepts and alternatives based on customer insights and market analysis.
  • Track closely CBU Revenues and come up with new initiatives to keep actuals and targets in line.
  • Design new tariffs and campaigns with the goal of maximising revenues.
  • Ensure the tariff portfolio is competitive, well positioned, driving customer activity and increasing ARPU
  • Conduct pre-evaluation studies of tariff plans and campaign ideas to support new launches and measurements of impact after launch
  • Tracking market actions and commercial strategy of competitors and coming up with proposals best fitting to our own strategy.
  • Preparing Recommendations to get top management approvals on any new proposition / change.
  • Carry out post-evaluation of new launches and concepts.
  • Work closely with related teams to assess the commercial impact of actions

Who you are

  • Min 5 years of experience in revenue management or pricing or a commercial team
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, master degree is a plus
  • Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Work under high pressure and time constraints
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
  • Multi-task management
  • Problem solving & decision making
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing conditions
