Warehouse Jobs in Turkey

We are looking for the HR Specialist to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for the activities related to human resources functions in the organizational development section effectively and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities :

• Create annual training plans, organize training sessions, and measure their effectiveness.
• Carry out career management and human resources planning activities.
• Monitor, report, and execute performance management processes effectively.
• Execute internal communication processes according to the annual plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to human resources functions.
• Take an active role in HR projects and process development initiatives.
• Conduct and report on employee experience analysis.
• Monitor the talent acquisition process in coordination with the regional HR team.
• Guide Human Resources transformation studies.
• Ensure HR processes for group companies in Turkey align with company policies.
• Work safely in compliance with safety regulations and procedures as defined by DP World.
