If you wish to vibe with us, we are looking for Product and Customer Experience Senior Manager in our Marketing Department.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product & process development, launch, and iteration.
- Establish data-driven metrics such a resolution time, speed, and quality; identify pain points in low-performing areas and optimize processes.
- Analyze ma rket trends & customer feedback and conduct market researches to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product and customer experience.
- Act as a bridge between IT and all business units, translating business language into technical terms and presenting optimized business requirements for technical development, including the preparation of business requirement documents.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Lead the business transformation process, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. Establish and manage OKRs to drive transformation initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of product and CX professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
