Sortanddistributecommunicationsinatimelymanner

CollectionandsubmissionofInvoices,preparationoflocal(transportationandaccommodation)expenses

Createandupdaterecordsensuringaccuracyandvalidityof information

Scheduleandplanmeetingsandappointmentsasnecessary

Monitorlevelofsuppliesandhandleshortages

Providegeneralsupporttovisitors

Coordinatecleaningandmaintenanceoftheoffice

Coordinateandcooperatewithotherdepartmentstoensurecompliancewithestablishedpolicies

Assistinmanagingaccommodationavailabilityandcoordinatingguestarrivalsanddepartureswhennecessary

Coordinateend-to-endprocessofoverseasbusinesstripswithTravelTeam,includingcompletevisadocumentation&application, travel insurance, accommodation, airport transfer, expense claims and any related items in a timely manner.

Required Competencies :

• University Graduate
• Fluency in English and Turkish language, verbal and written
• Experience in Office Admin / Office Manager role or related field
• Team oriented person
• Very organized and pays attention to details
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good in time management
• Ready to learn new things and quick to adapt to changes in the company
• Driver's license (B category)
