- Potansiyel müşterilere soğuk aramalarla ulaşarak ilk teması sağlamak ve satış fırsatlarını keşfetmek,
- Soğuk aramalardan elde edilen verilerle, potansiyel müşterileri nitelendirerek satışa dönüştürme sürecinin başlatmak,
- Potansiyel müşterilerle randevu alarak yerinde görüşmeler yapmak,
- Satış sürecini başından sonuna kadar yönetmek, teklif ve sözleşme süreçlerini yönetmek,
