Timken Türkiye, Satış Mühendislerimize destek olacak ve müşterilerimize üst düzey hizmet sunmamıza katkı sağlayacak bir Satış Destek ve İdari Temsilcisi arıyor.

Satış Ekibimizi Destekleyin :

Satış mühendislerimizin ve müşterilerimizin ilk iletişim noktası olun.

Teklif hazırlayın, siparişleri takip edin, fiyatlandırma ve müşteri giriş süreçlerinde destek olun.

Müşteri verilerini (nakliye takvimleri, çizimler vb.) doğru ve güncel tutun.

Satış ekibine işlerini büyütmeleri için gerekli rapor ve analizleri sağlayın.

Yerel pazarlama faaliyetlerini ve etkinlikleri organize edin ve yönetin.

Diğer Sorumluluklar :

Ofis idari işleriyle ilgilenin ve finansal süreçleri (harcamalar, faturalama, mutabakatlar) PwC ve Avrupa Muhasebe Ekibimiz ile birlikte koordine edin.

Gerekli durumlarda denetimler, bütçeler ve iç süreçlerle ilgili çalışmalara katkı sağlayın.

Gerektiğinde ad-hoc idari destek sağlayın.

Aradığımız Nitelikler :

letme, Pazarlama, Satış veya İletişim alanında lisans derecesi.

Satış desteği, idari işler veya pazarlama alanında 2–5 yıl deneyim.

CRM sistemleri veya benzeri satış destek araçları kullanma deneyimi.

Excel, PowerPoint ve MS Office programlarında güçlü beceriler.

ngilizce okuma, yazma ve temel iletişim düzeyinde profesyonel kullanım becerisi.

Türkçe’ye tam hakimiyet.

Müşteri odaklı, detaylara önem veren, takım ruhuna sahip ve çoklu görevleri yürütebilen biri.

Are you a highly organized and proactive team player who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Timken Turkey is looking for a Sales Support & Admin Representative to play a key role in supporting our Sales Engineers and ensuring top-tier service to our customers.

Supporting Our Sales Team in Turkey

• Be the first point of contact for Sales Engineers and customers.
• Prepare quotations, track orders, and assist with pricing and customer onboarding.
• Keep customer data accurate and up to date (shipping calendars, drawings, etc.).
• Provide key reports and insights to help the sales team grow the business.
• Organize and manage local marketing activities and events.
