Oversee coordination with external contractors and service providers, including supervision of acceptance testing (Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Tests).
Plan, schedule, and document maintenance activities and procedures.
Manage deployment and scheduling of maintenance personnel across multiple shifts.
Lead a team of specialists across maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, building services, and metalworking.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Continuously improve maintenance strategies, processes, and cost efficiency.

Extensive experience in process technology maintenance and production facility upkeep.
Strong technical knowledge spanning electrical, mechanical, and fluid mechanical systems.
