Our client is one of the premier suppliers of industrial group and delivering the highest quality of

products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for

an;  ‘Sales Engineer’  for  Ankara  location.

Qualifications

  • University degree or above in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical & Electronics

Engineering and related areas,

  • At least 3 years working experience in technical sales and premium brand sales,
  • Mechanical / pneumatic / automotive / automation  sector knowledge is a must,
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken,
  • PC and MS Office skill is a must,
  • Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions,
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Good presentation and problem solving skills,
  • Self-driven, result oriented and good organizing skill,
  • Well presented, businesslike and good team member,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Candidates living in Ankara are preferred.
  • Job Describtion

  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with all customers in responsible territory,
  • Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market to identify new customers and
  • collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share

    investments, trends and customers’ feedback,

  • Apply Value Based Selling techniques, identifies money bags for the customer and
  • creates complete solution / offer packages,

  • Work closely with Global KAM to deploy Key Account strategy,
  • Applies problem solving techniques when making analysis of cases always considering
  • productivity, quality, ergonomics and safety dimensions of the processes,

  • Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, WTL, line audits,
  • solution presentation to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order,

  • Using CRM program to manage short term & mid term business,
  • Collaborate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s
  • needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values,

  • Collaborate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction,
  • Collaborate with Finance to improve the performance of receivables & overdues,
  • Report timely and accurately,
  • Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
