The position

Fulfilling the duties and services provided along with any further duties to be entrusted to by the decision of the Representative of the Employer, the General Management of the Company or by any of first line superiors and to perform all duties expected of the position with the due diligence and skill required of a person in such a position and to participate in trainings allocated.

Accountabilities

Accounting

1. Assist in preparation of all accounting entries of legal entities and provide coordination within the team,

2. Assist in keeping of accounting books according to Turkish legislation and prepare financial statements,

3. Assist in providing monthly & quarterly reporting packages and auditing activities by providing necessary information,

4. Support external and internal auditors,

5. Assist in providing monthly & quarterly reporting packages,

6. Weekly control and support of accounting functions such as BS, P&L, invoices, income statements,

Finance / Cash

1. Monitor daily cash, post bank transactions,

2. Provide assistance with cash-flow preparations & payments,

3.Ensuring daily communication with banks,

4. Reconcile all 3rd Parties, banks & cash accounts,

QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment)

1. Respect quality and safety procedures within the company,

2. Participate into the definition of accounting procedures of the company,

3. Participate in or initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement of quality & safety procedures

Knowledge

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
