A new opening luxury Resort in Bodrum, Turkey seeks a well-qualified and experienced General Manager. As this hotel is part of one of the largest International Hotel groups in our industry, we are looking for a Resort General Manager with strong leadership skills and thorough understanding and background in Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Revenue especially with knowledge of the current hotel scene in Europe. International experience would be a huge asset for this position. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who has worked as a General Manager for more than 5 years in a similar luxury global brand. As the Resort GM you are the primary business leader of the property, with responsibility for all aspects of the operation. Our client seeks someone who is on his / her feet and makes things happen. A real guest oriented and friendly person. He / She will be responsible for the overall success of this resort, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. You are required to manage all areas of the hotel in accordance with brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. The successful candidate should have the ability to implement company policies and procedures that will meet or exceed owner and management expectations. Good working knowledge of computers and systems is required, along with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and team building skills with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate the hotel staff.
