  • Closely monitoring the accounting, tracking, and capitalization of fixed assets. Ensuring the accuracy of depreciation calculations on the balance sheet and that hyperinflation adjustments are posted in the balance sheet and the fixed asset module
  • Ensuring the use of the Asset Movement Tool, coordinating necessary actions, and following up on invoicing processes after completion
  • Payroll Reconciliation & Personnel Cost Booking - Reconciliation of (i) Payroll booking vs payment (ii) Social Security amount with tax system and social security payment including incentive, (iii) personnel deductions (iv) plant, activity center, cost center mismatches
  • Invoice Processing Quick Backlog Follow Up including guidance to ACN and coordinating open invoice items process
  • Insurance process and booking policies as well as completing their reconciliations and determine the fair values of our fixed assets in the relevant year, to upload them to the global insurance system and to ensure that the Property Insurance policy is created
  • Regularly monitoring the balance sheet accounts under your responsibility
  • Expense Charges : Invoicing process for expenses that should be charged to suppliers
  • Reconciliation : Follow up on supplier and personnel quarterly reconciliation and provide support for any issues
  • Travel allowance calculation and salary deductions arising from credit card and expense lists
  • Monthly closing GL activities including provisions and prepaid expense account follow up
  • Installations process follow up and cost calculation and bookings
  • Provide support to independent audit process
  • Make routine and non-routine short or long business trips as necessary for purposes of making customer visits, participation in regional meetings and performance of tasks as instructed using the company car to be given and / or her / his own car, upon approval by her / his supervisor

    • The new role will require a minimum of 5 years of experience
    • University degree related Economy & Finance
    • Intermediate B2-C1 level oral and written communication skills in English
    • Experience with MS Office programs, ERP systems, electronic tax systems.
