  • Plan the workforce needed for product shipment and packaging according to production plans and review the methods determined in business processes.
  • Organize the daily activities of the teams working in product shipment and packaging to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Track the working hours of subcontractor companies and report to management.
  • Prepare daily updates and performance reports related to product shipment and packaging processes.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor established processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Conduct time studies to optimize operational workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with the Planning Manager and subcontractor team leaders to ensure seamless coordination with operations.

    • Aradığımız Profil

  • Preferably a graduate of Engineering faculties, especially Industrial Engineering
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Knowledge about MS Office Applications
  • Quality-oriented, task-conscious
  • Open to change and development
  • Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Good in planning & organization, problem solving & decision making
