About the role
Within the Operations department, the selected candidate will be involved in the following activities :
- Filling out the travel acquisition form and follow up;
- Collecting and controlling technician cash and credit card expenses;
- Providing necessary information and documentation related to technician expenses to the finance department;
- Tracking contractors' invoices;
- Managing the month-end IC Oracle invoicing process and informing the accounting department;
- Coordinating the invoicing process with the HQ Field Planning department;
- Monitoring technician credit card limit updates;
- Preparing other reports and documents required by the finance department.
What you need to be successful
Proficiency in English;Good knowledge of the Office Suite;Stakeholders management, proactivity, flexibility, teamwork.
