We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for people development and belief in investing in personalized learning paths for employees!

As our Learning Partner, you will enable our team in Fashion boutiques to be the Front Face of Chanel by building their confidence and strengthening their ability to create an emotional connection with the clients to the brand.

You will play the role of an active coach in engaging our boutique team by enhancing their learning and development to drive loyalty and sustaining the speed and depth of Chanel’s business growth. The Learning Partner supports excellence in customer’s experience and fashion expertise, in line with Retail Other Europe's strategic priorities and projects. The Learning Partner is attached to the Türkiye Learning Manager. The position is based in the Boutiques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal boutique learning partner and supports boutique staff in their learning journey and growth in the workplace
  • Animate the boutiques training plans align with Learning strategy.
  • Customize learning solutions and individualized coaching methods
  • Be the Fashion Team trusted “go-to” advisor in Learning
  • To engage and develop the boutique sales force and transmit brand values to inspire them to provide exceptional client experience, as well as to enjoy, learn and grow whilst doing so
  • To facilitate in-boutique training, learning solutions (including digital ones) and field coaching and follow-up
  • Follow a comprehensive people development plan to plan and track coaching conversations with boutique team to help them in their work and in meeting performance and service objectives
  • To ensure and measure learning and coaching effectiveness in order to achieve learning and business objectives
  • Onboard new hires in the Boutique
  • Follow ups of monthly reports – Saas inscription & etc.
  • Translation of local training kits approved by Learning Manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in a coaching / training / mentoring / learning & development / training in Fashion related business
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Strong passion for people development and client service excellence
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • High energy level with a positive and growth mindset, ability to exercise assertiveness when required
  • Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work at the boutique and retail hours
  • English is a must. French or any other language would be an advantage.
