We want you to :

• Conduct the selection and recruitment processes of blue collars; including sourcing making job interviews and improving the recruitment processes,
• Responsible for blue collar career management including performance management, promotion & rotation process,
• Manage disciplinary processes,
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of HR related projects,
• Provide guidance to workers regarding HR procedures.
