  • Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of Management Systems.
  • Monitor and assess the suitability of the QDMS software for document management.
  • Conduct and enhance organizational hygiene audits.
  • Optimize Food Safety and Quality Management System processes through digital solutions.
  • Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 risk management processes and implement digital reporting systems.
  • Oversee the execution and outcomes of internal and external audits while establishing digital reporting mechanisms.
  • Track Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) improvements and ensure digital reports remain up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and oversee their implementation.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System.
  • Support training and development programs related to Management Systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements by systematically adapting to changes.

    • Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Proficiency in quality and food safety management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.
  • Knowledge of Food Codex and relevant regulations.
  • Preferably experienced in internal and external audit processes.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP, ERP, Canva, QDMS, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to develop digital solutions using innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Quality-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate and work harmoniously in a team.
  • Open to change and continuous development.
  • Strong communication skills, effective in relationship management, and team-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • No travel restrictions.
