The Role
As a Consultant you will work as key resource in a team conducting a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and related projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups and will be expected to take on a larger project manager role within the team.
- Provide survey and compensation consulting support to the clients
- Proactively assist the growth and profitability of the unit by being responsible for client relationships, managing and providing support to an expanding group of participants and prospects
- Supporting the delivery of compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys
- Learn and develop technical and consulting skills (. selling and project management skills)
- Ensure that survey project files are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes and build knowledge of wider services
- Assisting survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews
- Conducting and supporting client presentations & forums
- Account managing survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements
- Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals
