Consultant - Rewards Data Intelligence

The Role

As a Consultant you will work as key resource in a team conducting a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and related projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups and will be expected to take on a larger project manager role within the team.

• Provide survey and compensation consulting support to the clients
• Proactively assist the growth and profitability of the unit by being responsible for client relationships, managing and providing support to an expanding group of participants and prospects
• Supporting the delivery of compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys
• Learn and develop technical and consulting skills (. selling and project management skills)
• Ensure that survey project files are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards
• Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes and build knowledge of wider services
• Assisting survey product team with project management, data validations and survey reviews
• Conducting and supporting client presentations & forums
• Account managing survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements
• Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals
