Job Description :

The Deputy Country Manager at BYD Türkiye will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Country Manager to oversee and manage various aspects of the company's operations within Turkey. This strategic position requires a dynamic individual with extensive local market knowledge who can drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, build positive relationship with external parties and ensure effective management across departments to achieve overall business objectives, with a particular focus on boosting BYD car sales in the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market and Product Analysis :

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the Turkish automotive market, focusing on electric vehicle trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze BYD's product portfolio and identify opportunities for optimization to meet local market demands.
