Business Development Director (Pharma Pioneer)

Job Description

• Lead the orchestration of complex projects (currently R&D driven), managing cross-departmental collaboration through fostering a team-oriented environment
• In line with strategic objectives, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget (5-6M USD per project) and meet quality standards via reflecting strong ownership mindset
• Act as the key liaison between Board and various functions, providing influential leadership and securing the successful implementation of projects
• Drive key stakeholder management across departments, especially R&D, to identify and mitigate project risks early on
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to the CEO and other key Board Members, building transparency and addressing any potential challenges in the process
