THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Key Account Executive (Ankara) to join our growing organization. As a Key Account Executive, your main responsibility will be guiding and implementing Wella Company`s sales and G2M strategy across Local Accounts and related customers in Ankara. You will establish strong relationships with our key accounts and continuously propose result-oriented solutions in line with channel & brand strategies. Creating and following monthly prepared competition analysis, budget tracking and customer activity reports, you will be responsible for ROI estimation planning for the entire region. You will be cooperating with marketing and supply chain teams to achieve a high level of service quality across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Realize monthly & annual sales targets through internal & external joint business plans,
  • Plans and follows promotion & in-store activities aligned with KAM,
  • Organize regular field visits for perfect customer & store level execution,
  • Collaborates with supply chain and marketing teams to create sub-brand & sku-based forecasts,
  • Participates in annual agreement meetings with the customers and organizes weekly follow-up sessions with top-local accounts,
  • Manages and leads the sub-d teams to achieve weighted & numeric distribution targets,
  • Regularly monitors orders and inventory status of assigned customers and sub-dealer.
  • Reports market & competition insights with well-prepared tracking templates & growth mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential :

  • Bachelor`s degree; preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering,
  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in local account & distributor management,
  • Proven track record in traditional trade and business development,
  • Self-motivated with a sense of ownership & growth mindset,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Customer & result oriented approach with analytical thinking and attention to detail,
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Proficiency in both English & Turkish,
  • No restriction for travelling,
  • Desirable :

  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of key business functions,
  • Agility, adaptability and resilience,
  • Ability to multitask, responsibility prioritization and thrive on change
