Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related departments of universities,
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of Payroll and Compensation&Benefits,
  • Experienced in compensation processes, benchmark studies and HR budgeting,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint,
  • Good level in English,
  • High sense of responsibility,
  • Analyzing and planning skills, result-oriented, self-motivated,
  • Analytical thinking, strong concentration and problem-solving skills,
  • Able to work well with cross-functional team,
  • R&D Payroll experience is a plus.

Job Description

  • Collecting and organizing payroll inputs during the month, consolidate them by the payroll closing and report it with the payroll services provider,
  • Maintaining accurate payroll documentation,
  • Preparing monthly, annual and instant payroll reports when necessary,
  • Work with outsource payroll service provider regarding payroll management and help coordination between in-house team and their employees to execute the process effectively,
  • Monitor Human Resource employee data in the databases for maintaining correct data which are used in various kinds of reports and determine development areas of a system according to requirements of the company,
  • Wage increase study, bonus models and other remuneration and reward systems development, planning and implementation,
  • Preparing salary / change proposals for new hires, promotions,
  • Preparing and analyzing market data comparison reports,
  • Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and models potential impact of alternatives and provide creative compensation solutions,
  • Work closely with the business accounts, HR and Finance business partners to improve compensation and data analyzing issues,
  • Prepares and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports including turnover, attrition, cost management and retention.
