Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans.
- Achievesalesand market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels.
- Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refiningsegmentationaccording to customer needs.
- Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies,advertising, promotion programs,public relationsand market research activities and ensure their execution.
- Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits
- Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.
- Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.
- Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.
Required Qualifications
University degree from reputable universitiesMinimum 3 years ofmarketingexperience as a Product ManagerFormulating HCP ( health care professionals) & consumer insights into strategy and derive action plansHands on experience for new product / brand launches / relaunchesPreferred Qualifications
Excellent command of EnglishExcellent communication skills, internal & externalCommercial mindset with stronganalytical skills
