Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Arranging travels and bookings, organize car hires, hotels etc according to company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for welcoming visitors and directing them to the right person.
- Assisting arrangements required for visitors in and outside of the office.
- Assisting office staff with office / stationary / printing etc.
- Organizing meetings, lunches, events and organizations with local and foreign counter-parties.
- Managing office supplies, responsible for stocks.
- Managing and organizing calendar for office management, supporting and facilitating required communication via email, phone etc.
Array
Fluent in Turkish and English both verbal and written.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and online resources essential.Our partner is one of the biggest oil and gas company in the world.
