We are looking for a "Data Center Infrastructure O&M Management Engineer " on behalf of out business partner runs in Telecommunication Industry.

Location : Tuzla, Istanbul

Gebze, Kocaeli

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier (Party B), and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).
Review and optimize O&M plan for data center power system / HVAC / BMS system.
Analyze energy usage data and make optimization recommendations to improve data center energy efficiency.
Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the supplier.
Participate in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and expansion plans.
Review the operation and maintenance SOP of the supplier and provide improvement suggestions.
Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the data center meets business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.

At least 1+ year of experience in data center O&M .

In-depth knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles and best practices, and familiarity with autoCAD.

Have relevant professional qualifications (such as electrical engineer, HVAC engineer, etc.).

Familiarity with data center industry standards and regulations.

Excellent supplier management capability.

Excellent team leadership and management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.

Accept on-call work requests.
