Job Description :

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Head of Operations” located in Kocaeli / Çayırova for our global business partner in Logistics sector.

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree,
Minimum 9 years of experience (especially in food industry),
Proven experience in temperature-controlled / frozen warehouse and quality standards,
Fluent level of English both in written and verbal,
Strong communication skills, capable of managing teams (both white / blue-collar teams),
Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP,
Results-driven, energetic, analytical,
Willingness and ability to travel.

Job Description

Support the General Manager in defining and executing the company’s investment, growth, and development strategies,

Ensure the operational implementation of company plans and budgets,

Manage coordination and collaboration between related departments and other functions,

Plan workforce and resource needs, oversee recruitment and task allocation processes,

Create an efficient and effective working environment for employees at all levels,

Monitor and integrate new technologies and developments into operations,

Conduct performance and quality analyses; prepare and execute improvement plans,

Identify and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions,

Participate in management and board meetings; contribute to decision implementation,

Fulfill other strategic and operational responsibilities within the scope of the role.
