QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a production plant.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PLC systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heating systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Highly creative with strong analytical thinking skills.
Experience in managing blue-collar employees.
Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Knowledge of process management.
No military obligation for male candidates.
Willingness to travel if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Dunapack Packaging in Adana Plant , a leading company in the corrugated board industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for :

Defining all maintenance operations, preparing process flow diagrams, and identifying key points, values, and tolerances.

Leading and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of machines and personnel under their supervision.

Executing mechanical equipment installations, periodic and preventive maintenance, and lubrication processes as scheduled.

Planning and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues at all production stages and implementing corrective actions to ensure long-term solutions.
