As a member of Products & Solutions team, maintain strong communication and teamwork.

Internally with Sales, Service & Marketing teams.

Develop and design BESS architectures for a variety of applications.

Perform system analysis and modeling to optimize BESS performance.

Prepare BESS design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.

Stay up-to-date on the latest BESS technologies and trends.

Present new products and solutions to customers and channel partners.

Perform technical seminars and webinars, participate in events to represent company and its products.

Support customers in planning, configurations and technical issues.

Review and improve technical solution for key projects, prepare cost calculations and bill of materials.

Establish and build close customer relationship.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (university of applied science) or similar 5-7 years of experience in renewable energy, digital power products, profound knowledge in solar inverters and BESS hands-on experience with designing and commissioning
Strong understanding of battery technologies, inverters, and control systems
Renewable Energy Power Plant and Energy Storage System design knowledge
Effectively using PVSyst, AutoCAD, DIgSILENT and MS Office and presentation tools
Excellent presentation skills in Turkish and English languages; internal working language is Turkish & English
Experienced to manage multiple tasks in parallel while keeping focus on the main targets, strong willingness for continuous learning.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
Have driving license, willing to travel within Türkiye.
Position is based in Ankara.
