Key Responsibilities :

• Cost Estimation and Budget Management : Prepare detailed cost estimates for transportation, handling, permits, and any additional services required. Negotiate rates with carriers, shipping lines, and subcontractors to optimize cost savings. Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Project Planning and Coordination : Develop comprehensive transportation plans tailored to the unique requirements of OOG and heavy lift cargo. Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cargo needs, timelines, and delivery locations. Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of cargo
• Route and Transport Mode Selection : Evaluate and select the most suitable routes and modes of transport (road, rail, sea, or air) based on cargo specifications, cost-efficiency, and safety considerations. Perform route surveys to assess any potential obstacles or limitations and ensure safe passage of cargo.
