We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Ankara . The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Carrier or Enterprise market, working closely with key accounts. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic customer relationships, providing tailored technical consulting, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize a large workload while delivering results are essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary business support contact for key accounts, delivering high-quality solutions to end customers based on relevant industry standards.
  • Introduce Huawei’s products and value proposition to key accounts or direct customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement detailed account plans and marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis to drive growth.
  • Achieve target sales revenues for key accounts within the specified area, ensuring consistent performance against sales goals.
  • Work on the development of new key accounts by collaborating with existing customer teams and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyze the market, define target enterprise customers, and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions to key accounts, overseeing project execution from start to finish.
  • Manage multiple high-value projects and account strategies simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in the Carrier or Enterprise market field, especially working with key accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical capabilities and provide technical consulting to key accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional foreign language is preferred.
  • A self-confident, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and prioritize a large workload.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex projects.
  • Professional credibility and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to work in Ankara on a long-term basis.
