Business Analyst / ERP

Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client team, supporting data migration and ERP transformation projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Libadiye office.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support data migration processes in enterprise-level ERP system transformation projects.

Analyze and interpret complex datasets using advanced SQL (preferably Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL).

Coordinate data integration and migration activities using ETL tools and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Perform root cause analysis and data validation to ensure integrity across systems.

Participate in defining data migration strategies, mapping, and transformation logic.

Utilize tools like Excel , Jira , and data analysis platforms for reporting and tracking.

Prepare technical documentation and ensure timely project deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

Advanced level English (reading, writing, speaking).

Advanced Oracle SQL knowledge; PostgreSQL experience is a plus.

Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration platforms .

Preferably experienced with Oracle ODI and Jira .

Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP data migration and ETL processes in corporate environments.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP data migration projects.

Strong proficiency in Excel , SQL, and data analysis tools.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

Preferably has been involved in at least one end-to-end ERP transition project.
