The life of a recruitment consultant is fast-paced and requires many different skills. It's an exciting life where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. One day you could be pitching to a client, the next you may be interviewing candidates for a job. Business development, professional customer service, revenue generation and much more - this is what we need you for. Your daily responsibilities will include :

  • Building excellent and long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Acquiring new clients through active business development
  • Maintaining and strengthening existing commercial relationships
  • Assessing and responding to client's needs in order to provide outstanding and timely service
  • Advising clients and candidates about the latest market trends
  • Managing the whole candidate process from sourcing to offer stage and beyond
  • Offering CV and interview advice to candidates
  • Managing and prioritising a multitude of different tasks and projects

  • Have a university degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar discipline from reputable universities;
  • Have min. 2 years of work experience in Account Management, Business Development or Finance,
  • Show excellent interpersonal skills, and a have a genuine interest in recruitment,
  • Solid Technology knowledge,
  • Carry a strong sense of team spirit, have a positive attitude, comfortable in a sales driven environment and be able to deal with day-to-day challenges,
  • Be fluent in English.
