Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Control Tower Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.

Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team and be a good team player
- Developing and monitoring short- and long-term capacity plans based on operational needs and customer demand
- Conducting regular meetings with the customer to review and align capacity planning
- Defining and calculating productivity targets in line with operational objectives
- Preparing and analyzing reports related to capacity utilization and overall productivity performance
- Leading the planning, tracking, and analysis of operational budgets
- Performing financial profitability analysis to support data-driven decisions and cost efficiency initiatives
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in capacity planning, productivity analysis, or financial planning roles with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven experience in budget planning, cost control, and profitability assessmentExperience in working with customers on operational forecasting and capacity alignmentStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh level of adaptability and problem-solving ability
