Directly report to Category Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preparation of A&M budget plans / forecasts
• Ensure pre-post evaluation of activities (NPD promotions and initiatives and A&M Activities).
• Finance lead for Brand P&L / Nutrition reporting projects and taking the full responsibility for approve of the activities after detailed analysis.
• Ensure tracking of A&M budget in detail
• Report and track A&M budget as working / non-working and ensure its effectiveness
• Prepare ROI analysis for A&M activities pre and post and recommend actions for future events
• Prepare deep analysis for New Product Launches and lead marketing team for future activities
• Validate A&M budget efficiency and support Senior Turkey BU Mrktg Director on budget split and spending
• Lead all category and Region reporting requirements
• Lead innovation tracking agenda,
• Being a finance lead of commercialization team for the category
