Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "R&D and Project Manager" located in Kocaeli / Dilovası for a machinery manufacturing company.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering,
Minimum 8 years of experience,
Experienced in mechatronic design and strong pneumatic knowledge,
PLC knowledge is an asset,
Good command of verbal and written English,
Experienced in team management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop R&D policies to ensure the company provides the best service and ensure that activities are conducted within these policies.

Improve existing products based on needs or demands and introduce new products to the production portfolio.

Prepare new prototype products that can meet industry needs in line with customer demands and technological developments.

Create or oversee the creation of technical drawings necessary for production, and evaluate change requests to make decisions.

Investigate and provide solutions for technical problems arising in existing products or encountered after the sale of prototypes.

Implement initiatives to achieve quality at lower costs.
