Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with Turkish and IFRS accounting principles and standards.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

Prepare financial statements and reports.

Conduct budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for strategic planning.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage all tax-related activities.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations effectively.

Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Oversee financial risk management, including the assessment of credit, investment, and operational risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and financial planning.

Array

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Financial qualifications (CPA / CIMA / ACCA) is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience. Big 4 experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (Turkish and IFRS).
Good Microsoft excel knowledge
Excellent analytical skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English , with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
