Your position

As a Global Operations Trainee , you will report directly to the Head of Operations Türkiye and play an integral role in the team. You will :

• Collaborate closely with operations experts to implement and sustain lean methodologies.
• Support the ramp-up of our world-class manufacturing system , providing essential assistance.
• Ensure smooth coordination and alignment of project activities through your outstanding communication skills.
• Analyse operational challenges and work with regional teams to develop innovative solutions .
• Travel regularly to customer sites and our production plants in Eskişehir and Söğüt to gain practical exposure.

The hiring process for the Global Trainee Program 2025 takes place between April - July 2025 , with multiple stages including CV screening, interviews, a personality questionnaire, and an assessment centre. Successful candidates will receive their contracts between June - July and start their positions in September 2025 .
