About this Position

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) products with local and international regulatory frameworks. You will serve as a key partner across cross-functional teams to support safe, compliant, and successful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.

What you´ll do

  • Ensure compliance of all HCB products with applicable local and international regulations (e.g., KKDIK, SEA, Cosmetics Regulation, CLP, REACH).
  • Conduct and document safety assessments for both finished goods and raw materials in accordance with local and EU regulations.
  • Prepare and manage regulatory dossiers, product notifications (e.g., UTS, EBS), and labeling conformity.
  • Act as the regulatory contact with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Trade.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
  • Monitor legislative changes and emerging regulatory trends, proactively assess impact, and implement necessary actions.
  • Manage safety data sheets (SDS), regulatory statements, and declarations.
  • Oversee product claims and substantiation processes to ensure alignment with advertising and competition laws.

Represent Henkel in relevant industry associations and regulatory working groups.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of regulatory experience, preferably in the FMCG or chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
