Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team and provide critical administrative and operational support to our sales organization. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and customers—ensuring smooth processes, accurate reporting, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and management.
  • Coordinate order processing, pricing, and product availability inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Support planning and logistics of sales meetings, customer events, and training sessions.
  • Handle customer communication regarding order status, delivery timelines, and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless support for sales operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, templates, and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce or SAP is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
