Dein Profil :

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitern und fundierte Expertise im Kundenkontaktmanagement.
  • Du bringst Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungs- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit mit.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, lösungsorientiert und wirtschaftlich zur Realisierung der vereinbarten Ziele.
  • Du besitzt einen ausgeprägten Fokus auf Zielerreichung mit Blick auf Mitarbeiter- und Kundenzufriedenheit und hast Interesse Arbeitsprozesse zu optimieren
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Level)
  • Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen (Microsoft Excel und Word).

    • Deine Aufgaben :

  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der betreuten Kundenprojekte.
  • Du führst und entwickelst das Overhead-Team in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Du hast im Kennzahlenmanagement die Unternehmens- und Projektvorgaben immer im Blick.
  • Du triffst Entscheidungen zu Planung, Steuerung und Projektstrategie und kommunizierst mit den betreffenden Schnittstellen.
  • Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Einhaltung des Budgets.
  • Du pflegst und baust Kundenbeziehungen zum Auftraggeber aus.
