Senior Garment Technology Manager

As a Senior Garment Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire garment development and approval process, ensuring that products meet the highest technical, quality, and compliance standards. You will act as the key technical liaison between international customers, internal teams, and suppliers, playing a critical role in delivering garments that fully meet brand expectations and comply with global standards.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end sample development from Proto to TOP stages across various product categories.
• Manage fitting sessions and ensure construction, measurements, and quality standards meet buyer expectations.
• Analyze and respond to technical comments from buyers, translating them into actionable guidelines for factories.
• Ensure first-time sample approval rates remain high by minimizing revisions and improving accuracy.
• Align development progress with Time & Action calendars and ensure timely sample delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, merchandising, QA) and external vendors to ensure technical feasibility.
• Evaluate patterns, fabrics, and construction details to ensure consistency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to factories on complex garment engineering and improvement areas.
• Mentor junior garment technologists and support their technical development through on-the-job coaching.
