We are seeking experienced and motivated English-speaking Retention Agents to join our expanding Turkey office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global Forex brand that offers long-term career development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through phone, email, and online communication.

Promote additional products and services to enhance client accounts.

Monitor client activity and proactively assist with trading-related needs.

Maintain detailed records of all communication and client updates.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and retention targets.

Requirements :

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – essential.

Previous experience in a Retention role within the Forex industry – mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

Local residency in Turkey – must be currently based in Turkey .

Ability to work in a fast-paced and environment.
