İş tanımıLead end-to-end procurement processes for food and non-food categories (including fresh, frozen, and dry goods, packaging, equipment, etc.) Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local suppliers in line with global quality and compliance standards Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply continuity Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational needs Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary Contribute to the development of procurement policies, procedures, and systems to support scalability
Array
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food service, food production, or QSR industries
- Proven experience working with fresh and frozen food suppliers in Turkey
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of local supplier markets
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required
- Hands-on, proactive, and capable of working in a start-up / launch phase environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
